Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. Who We Are

Clovon Digital ("Clovon", "we", "us") is a website, SEO and digital marketing studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit our website, interact with our services, or respond to our advertising.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly and information collected automatically:

Information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and business details, when you submit a contact form, book a call, complete a lead ad form, or enquire about our services.

Information collected automatically, such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages visited, referral source, approximate location and interactions, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, provide and improve our services, schedule calls and consultations, send you relevant information you request, send marketing communications where you have consented, and understand how our website and advertising perform so we can measure and improve them.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and to understand site usage. We use Google Analytics (a service provided by Google LLC) to measure how visitors interact with the site. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect usage data; Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the site may not work as intended.

5. Meta & Facebook Advertising Technologies

We use Meta advertising technologies, including the Meta Pixel, custom audiences and advanced matching, to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, understand how people interact with our ads and website, and deliver relevant advertising.

When you visit our website through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta may receive information about your device, browser, IP address, pages visited and actions taken, and may set cookies. If you provide your details through a lead ad or our contact form and we enable advanced matching, some data, such as your email address or phone number, may be hashed in a privacy-preserving way and transmitted to Meta to improve personalisation, matching and measurement.

Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can control how Meta uses this information to show you ads through your Meta ad preferences and account settings.

6. Bookings & Third-Party Services

When you book a call, your booking is handled by a third-party scheduling service (cal.com). Your name and contact details provided during booking are used to arrange and confirm your session. We may also use third-party tools to manage leads, emails and payments. These providers process your data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted service providers who help us run our business (such as analytics, advertising, scheduling or email tools), with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google for the purposes described above, where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

8. Legal Basis for Processing

Where data protection law applies, we rely on: your consent, for certain cookies and direct marketing; the performance of a contract, to deliver services you have requested; our legitimate interest, to run and improve our website and advertising and to respond to enquiries; and our legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to processing (including direct marketing and certain automated decisions), and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

11. Data Deletion Requests

You may request that we delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, including information collected through a Facebook or Instagram lead ad.

To submit a request, email us at channel.clovon@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete My Data” and, where possible, the email address or phone number you provided. We will verify your request, delete or anonymise your information, and confirm completion within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 30 days). You can also clear cookies and manage ad-matching data through your browser settings and your Meta ad preferences.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as our clients’ sites or social channels). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

14. Children’s Privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
